- On the last day of 2009 - Time shoots by so fast I hardly have any time to catch my breath... On the last day of every year, you ask yourself what have you achieved? and what can you do the next year... And on the last day of the year, I'm down with sorethroat and running nose... great! Everytime approaching a fresh year, I always have some doubts... will I still be around next year at this time? Will my loved ones still be around? I know its like "Choy!"... But I got to realise that life is very fragile and people will not be around you always... So you gotta treasure every year that you got with them and be thankful for it... I really hope all my family, puipui and friends will be healthy and be around me always! So what has happened this year? I blog less frequently so cannot recall much... - Chirstmas 09' - Starting with the most recent... Just last week was Christmas!! Went to Ros/Ling's house for eve... then to SY's house for Christmas boxing day... It was fun! 
Moving on... - Vday 09 - This year's vday was at Gallery hotel again... haha! It was enjoyable and dinner was at Iro... I always love jap food... And definitely love a hotel staycation! Vday 10' is another month's time... what will we do next year? 
As you can see... at the start of the year, I put on some weight... But I manage to lose some of it by forcing myself to eat correctly... And I bought a stationary bike to exercise at home... This gives me less excuse not to exercise right? - Outsea Fishing - 
It was my first time going outsea fishing... Got my colleagues and Sandra gal to go as well! Actually it was Sandra's idea... hee hee It was a fun day... but the sun was so hot!! I manage to avoid it and not get a burn... The rest were burnt... see use sunblock and don't sleep in the sun! Will definitely go outsea again next year! - My Babies - I've always like electronics and will splurge on them... And I've always wanted a SLR... so this year I got it!! Plus upgraded my hand held cam to a better one...

- Photo Trips - Of coz with new cam, Pui and I went around taking photos... trying to be artistic... But I got to admit, I find my photography skill a lil stagnant... I gotta improve on it, so next year its photography lessons for me!! Heres wad I've got this year... 
More photo trips next year! And I need more pple to take photos of other than the two of us... Dessy, Elaine... Lets go! - My Career - I have been working for close to 1.5 years now... And its all on the Resorts World Sentosa... I'm very proud to be part of the team! And to be part of the team that made Maxims Residences/Crockfolds tower buildable... Through this project, I learnt a great deal of stuffs... how to deal with pple and how to be professional... Dealing with contractors, engineers and clients is not easy! Moreover with someone like me with very little experience... But everyone got to learn along the way and from the bottom of my heart, I'm really thankful to my team leader, my team mates, the uncle contractors, the fun and not-so-fun engineers, the RSS team and all the other pple I've dealt with... Now RWS is approaching its opening day... and watching it build from drawings to real form makes me really excited! For a fresh grad, it is very rewarding... esp dealing with a national project! Now I'll move on to the next project, also part of RWS and hopefully, it'll be more exciting! 
That reminds me... One of the goal next year is to register for QP! So I can be a real Architect soon! - Great friends - Of coz this year, glad to have friends around me... Glad Sandra was with me during that period... Glad the lunch gang is around to offer me advice... Glad to meet up with old friends and catch up! Our goal next year is to do more things together!!!

- Wedding Bells - Nope not me! But many friends got married this year! plus 2 of my cousins as well... So happy for all of them... I think marriage is a happy event and everyone should treasure this stage of their lives... From young, most pple would have wondered who is their future husband/wife... at the moment you sign the papers, there it is! Your answer to the childhood question... For now, I still have the priviledge to ponder over this question... hee!

- Baby Gisele - I had rascals nephews for almost 9 years now... finally comes a sweet gal... my niece Gisele! Shes so cute, you feel like pinching her... Can't wait for her to grow up so I can bring her shopping... 
2009 marks her hatching year! - Julie and Us - Sadness... did I mentioned my maid Julie went home this year... She has been with us for almost 19 years! Can you imagine? Now that shes home, our house is like trying to get used to life without her... Sob sob! But I know my mum will do a good job since she has fully retired... Julie is not like a maid... but like my aunt... taking care of us... Come back next year after u're married k!! We're waiting for you! 
- BKK trip - Of coz theres the bkk trip... which I blogged in the previous entry... I wanna go back soon! 
- Misc - Some misc stuffs this year was the Iphone craze... and I got my iphone... Now every other person is having the same phone with the same message tone and same apps... 
This year, we also finally painted puipui's room!! Yam purple... I'm loving it... hee! 
- Donut Boy - Lastly not forgetting my donut boy!!!!! He turns 2 this year! He went through so much... getting ticks infection, getting his hair shaved bald, then growing out to his handsome self again... I love him to bits! But he's getting a lil too scare-dy... how to give him some guts? 
..................................................................... So... I think I've summarised my 2009... now will count down to a fresh year! Next year, I really hope to achieve some goals... 1) Register my QP
